Leslie A. Rubin
PRESIDENT
Mr. Rubin is a principal of RRE Realty Services and CSC Properties, LLC. He is CEO of both Rubin Development Company, LLC and Leslie A. Rubin, LLC, both of which he founded in 1974. He plays a vital role in each of these companies and is also involved in other outside investments.
Over the course of his 43 year career in commercial real estate Mr. Rubin has been involved in the acquisition of land, planning, development, construction, leasing and management of over seven million square feet of office, industrial, residential and hospitality properties. Before founding his own business, Mr. Rubin held positions as Controller and CFO of Rutenberg Corporation and was a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. and Manager in the Division that would later become Accenture.
Mr. Rubin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina and was elected to two (2) honor societies, Phi Betta Kappa and Betta Gamma Sigma. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. In 2009, Mr. Rubin, along with Haydon and Walker, formed CSC Properties, LLC.

Rogers K. Haydon, Jr.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Haydon has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 50 years. He began his career at Rutenberg Corporation as Vice President of Acquisitions. He then joined Percy Wilson Mortgage and Finance Corporation as Director, Real Estate Sales and Marketing where he completed and sold projects as varied as Beaver Creek Snowmobile Run in Dillon, Colorado, Veteran’s Village, a 2,000 unit subdivision in Pasco County, Florida, and Seven Springs Golf and Country Club in Pasco County, Florida.
Mr. Haydon started his own development and construction company in 1977. Since then, companies in which he was a major owner and CEO/COO have delivered over 1,000 residential units, 10,000 lots and numerous commercial projects. Mr. Haydon established Haydon-Rubin Limited in 1986 with Mr. Rubin to specialize in residential land development. At its zenith Haydon-Rubin Limited owned communities totaling more than 10,000 entitled residential units. In 1993, Majorland, LLC was incorporated to continue residential development with an added focus on select commercial development opportunities. In 2009, Mr. Haydon, along with Rubin and Walker, formed CSC Properties, LLC.
Mr. Haydon has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Florida Certified General Contractor.

James L. Walker
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Walker has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 30 years with a focus on retail. In 1996, he founded CSC Properties, Inc. which began as a retail brokerage firm and has evolved into a full service development company.
He graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. In 2009, Mr. Walker, along with Haydon and Rubin, formed CSC Properties, LLC.
